Refund Policy

Avefon Trade Ltd is a clothing procurement platform β€” we purchase clothing items from sellers and pay them directly. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments are made, withheld, or reversed.

1 Our Payment Model

Avefon Trade Ltd pays sellers for clothing goods after the goods have been received and inspected at our warehouse. Payment is made within 24 hours of successful inspection directly to the seller's bank account or Mobile Money wallet.

Because we are a buyer β€” not a seller β€” our refund policy governs situations where payment has been incorrectly made or where goods do not match the submitted offer.

2 When Payments Are Withheld

Avefon Trade Ltd reserves the right to withhold or adjust payment in the following circumstances:

  • Goods delivered do not match the description, quantity, or condition stated in the submitted offer
  • Goods are found to be counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise illegally obtained
  • Goods fail quality inspection upon receipt at our warehouse
  • The seller provides fraudulent identity or payment information

In cases where only part of a delivery meets our quality standards, payment will be made for the accepted portion only.

3 Payment Reversals & Errors

In the event of an incorrect or duplicate payment made to a seller, Avefon Trade Ltd will contact the seller directly to arrange recovery of the overpaid amount. Sellers are expected to cooperate in returning any incorrectly received funds.

Avefon Trade Ltd is not responsible for payment delays or errors caused by incorrect bank account or mobile money details provided by the seller.

4 Rejected Goods

If goods are rejected after inspection, Avefon Trade Ltd will notify the seller via WhatsApp or phone within 24 hours of inspection. The seller will be responsible for arranging collection of rejected goods from our warehouse within 7 days. Uncollected goods after this period may be disposed of at our discretion.

5 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a payment has been incorrectly withheld or an error has occurred, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction date:
