Delivery & Shipping Policy

Once a seller's offer is reviewed and approved by our team, the seller will be contacted via WhatsApp or phone to arrange delivery of the goods. There are two delivery options available:

• Drop-Off: The seller delivers the goods directly to Avefon Trade Ltd's warehouse in Accra, Ghana at a mutually agreed time.
• Pickup: For bulk orders, Avefon Trade Ltd can arrange to pick up goods from the seller's location. This is coordinated directly via WhatsApp.

• Offers are reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission
• Upon approval, sellers must complete delivery within 7 days
• Goods are inspected within 24 hours of receipt at our warehouse
• Payment is transferred within 24 hours of successful inspection

Sellers are required to:

• Pack goods securely to prevent damage during transit
• Label each package clearly with the offer reference number (e.g. AVF-XXXXXX)
• Ensure the quantity delivered matches the quantity stated in the approved offer

The risk of loss or damage to goods during delivery remains with the seller until goods are received and acknowledged by Avefon Trade Ltd at our warehouse. Avefon Trade Ltd is not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit before receipt.

We currently accept goods from sellers across all regions of Ghana. Sellers from outside Accra may arrange delivery via courier or transport service at their own cost, or contact us to discuss bulk pickup arrangements.

If a seller fails to deliver goods within the agreed timeframe after offer approval, Avefon Trade Ltd reserves the right to cancel the offer. The seller may resubmit a new offer subject to current buying list availability and pricing.
